Pro-Spin Tackle takes its customer's satisfaction seriously and endeavours to ensure that each and every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event you're not happy with your purchase you may return the item for refund, exchange or purchase credit.

WHICH items may be returned?
Any of our products may be returned by first contacting our sales and return staff via our online contact method found on our website. A staff member from our returns department will be assigned to handle all aspects of your return case and will endeavour to respond within 24 hours. 

TIME period for returns?
You must first notify Pro-Spin Tackle of the reason for the return request within 14 days of initial delivery of the applicable item. Retuned item(s) must be received at our applicable return address within 30 days of the return approval date.

QUALIFYING for a return?
To qualify for return, product(s) packaging cannot be damaged in any way, must be in 'as new condition' with all tags attached, factory seals must be unbroken and not damaged in any way shape or form, apparel must be unworn and blister packaged products must be unopened.

ADDRESS for returns?
In order to make the returns process more efficient we have several worldwide locations. The assigned staff member handling the return will inform you of which return address applies to your item(s).

PACKAGING materials for returns?
Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods. 

SHIPPING for returns?
Return and/or exchange shipping costs are solely the buyers responsibility. 

CREDIT for returns?
Once returned item(s) have been successfuly received the item(s) will be inspected by our returns staff. If the item meets ALL of our conditions governing returns, a credit will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will take the form of a credit of funds back to the original payment method/bank account.
